This is a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), National Day September 2; 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Provincial Armed Forces and the Military Region; at the same time, towards the 11th Provincial Military Party Congress and the Military Region Party Congress.
Attending the ceremony were comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Provincial Military Command; representatives of leaders of agencies, units and a large number of officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, the representative of the Emulation and Reward Council, the Provincial Military Command affirmed: This is a profound political activity of special significance, aiming to arouse the spirit of patriotic emulation, national pride, and at the same time promote the glorious revolutionary tradition of the provincial armed forces. Thereby, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, contributing to improving the overall quality, combat strength and successfully completing the military and defense tasks in 2025.
The emulation content focuses on key tasks such as: raising awareness, political mettle, promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers"; competing to excellently complete combat readiness, training, logistics and technical support tasks; building a strong and comprehensive unit, strictly implementing discipline and law; promoting military administrative reform, digital transformation and the "Digital Education for the People" movement in the provincial armed forces.
At the ceremony, representatives of the units: 3 Departments of the Provincial Military Command, Regional Military Defense Command, Regiment 739, Regiment 991 and Provincial Border Guard Command spoke in response and signed the emulation covenant, demonstrating high determination in successfully implementing the set targets.
