Hang Chi Huy (also known as Hang NH) is the "strategic logistics base" of Command 559 during the resistance war against America to save the country.

With a vivid display system and impressive virtual reality experience, the tour at the legendary Truong Son Road - Chi Huy Cave helps visitors "go back in time", reliving the heroic atmosphere of the ancient Truong Son in the middle of the primeval forest and mountains, where there are vast forests that were burned by bombs 50 years ago, now recovering strongly and green.

The highlight of this tourism product is the unique combination of history and technology with a virtual reality projection area integrating 9D experience technology, vivid images, realistic sounds and environmental effects opening up a multi-sensory journey, taking visitors back to the past at the country's fiery coordinates during the resistance war against America to save the country.

This is also an opportunity for domestic and international tourists to experience and explore more deeply the values of the World Natural Heritage Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee Hoang Xuan Tan highly appreciated the efforts of departments, branches, units and enterprises to put this new tourism product into exploitation. At the same time, he emphasized that this is an important step to concretize the Ecotourism, Resort and Entertainment Project of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park for the period 2021 - 2030 approved by the Provincial People's Committee.

Therefore, the Park Management Board continues to coordinate with departments, branches and tourism businesses to improve management quality, ensure safety for tourists, focus on conservation of natural resources, historical relics and preservation of environmental landscapes; at the same time, research to expand and upgrade services, ensuring visitors' experiences are associated with traditional, humane and sustainable educational factors.
Strengthening tourism promotion and advertising, linking tours and routes to connect this destination with other tourism products of the province, making this place an attractive destination in the journey to explore Quang Tri and a highlight on the map of discovery and historical tourism of the whole country.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, delegates and tourists visited, explored and experienced tourism products at the "Legendary Truong Son Road - Chi Huy Cave" eco-tourism area at km12, Road 20 Quyet Thang.
