On August 25 in Ho Chi Minh City, Ivy Global School and the Center for Educational Program Implementation of Webster University Tashkent (Uzbekistan) officially signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation. This is considered an important turning point, expanding opportunities to access international standard American education for Vietnamese and regional students, while affirming the trend of "borderless education" in the integration period.
Opportunity to access American standard education
Under the cooperation agreement, Ivy Global School (IGS) and the Center for Educational Program Implementation of Webster University in Tashkent (CIEPWUT) will jointly develop the “innovative school” model, enhance cultural and academic exchanges, and implement transfer programs specifically for students from both countries.
Through this cooperation, Vietnamese students can access undergraduate programs at Webster University Tashkent at a reasonable cost, while Uzbek students have the opportunity to experience an American standard high school program right in their homeland. This is an opportunity for students from both countries to access an advanced learning environment without geographical or financial barriers.

Representatives of IGS and CIEPWUT signed a cooperation agreement to expand US-standard learning opportunities for Vietnamese and Uzbekistan students.
Ms. Nguyen Tran Nhu Hoa, Executive Director of IGS, shared: “This is not only a strategic cooperation, but also a connection between Webster University's international vision and Ivy Global School's aspiration to develop education in Vietnam.
Together, the two sides will develop innovative academic programs that combine American educational standards with a multicultural academic environment in Tashkent. This is an important first step to bring more international learning opportunities to students in Vietnam and the region.”
Mr. Rasul Rakhmonov, Executive Director of CIEPWUT, also emphasized: “IGS and CIEPWUT share the same philosophy: education without borders. Through this cooperation, we expect to develop practical learning programs, bring American academic values and encourage cultural exchange between Vietnamese and Uzbekistan students.
This is the clearest demonstration of the commitment of both sides in nurturing a generation of global citizens – brave, integrated and creative.”
Creating a generation of global citizens
In the context of globalization, education is not only about imparting knowledge but also a journey to help students shape their identity, nurture creative thinking and the ability to adapt to a constantly changing world . The cooperation between IGS and CIEPWUT opens up opportunities for Vietnamese and Uzbek students to experience a multicultural learning model, thereby developing comprehensive skills to enter the open world.

The leaders of IGS and CIEPWUT share the vision of “education without borders”, affirming their commitment to providing international, equitable and accessible education to students.
With a clear transfer path, Vietnamese students pursue undergraduate programs at Webster University, Tashkent at reasonable costs, while accessing scholarship programs to reduce the financial burden on their families. More importantly, they can participate in academic and cultural exchange activities, build a global network of friends - experiences that will become valuable assets for the future.
For Uzbek students, the partnership provides the opportunity to fully enjoy an American-standard academic program right at home, helping them build a solid academic foundation while better preparing them for higher education in an international environment.
On both sides, students have something in common: they are equipped with foreign language skills, critical thinking skills, teamwork skills and a spirit of integration. These are the core qualities of a generation of global citizens - people who are not only ready to integrate but also able to make positive contributions to the international community.
The signing ceremony not only marks the beginning of a cooperation program, but also demonstrates Ivy Global School's long-term vision: Bringing international-standard American education, equality and accessibility to all students. This is also a stepping stone for IGS to continue expanding its global partner network, spreading knowledge, culture and high-quality learning opportunities to the young generation in Vietnam and many countries around the world.
