According to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, after the first meeting, ministries, branches and localities have proactively completed the tasks assigned by the Prime Minister. Of which, central and local agencies have completed 19/26 tasks and are implementing 7/26 tasks. The program has achieved some outstanding results such as: The Ministry of National Defense has taken the lead in mobilizing resources to support the construction of 9,200 houses, with an amount of 460 billion VND. The Ministry of Public Security strives to build 1,000 houses for people in time for the Lunar New Year 2025. Some localities have done a good job of propaganda, mobilization and resource mobilization for the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses. Many localities have set a goal of completing the program earlier than the general target of the whole country. Up to now, the whole country has supported the elimination of 76,364 temporary and dilapidated houses, of which 42,179 houses have been inaugurated and 34,185 new houses have been started. Besides the achieved results, the program still has some difficulties such as: The Ministry of Construction has not yet provided guidelines on criteria for temporary and dilapidated houses to determine the beneficiaries; some localities have difficulty in reviewing housing data because households with temporary and dilapidated houses live scattered, not concentrated, have difficulty traveling, and have difficulty mobilizing resources to carry out tasks; poor and near-poor households do not have the ability to contribute to building houses...

Concluding the meeting, the Prime Minister acknowledged the efforts and struggles of ministries, branches and localities in proactively, flexibly and actively implementing the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses and the support and participation of the community and businesses; however, there are still some ministries, branches and localities that have not been really determined and proactive in the implementation process. In the coming time, the Prime Minister requested ministries, branches and localities to identify this as a particularly important political task, requiring the drastic and synchronous participation of the entire political system and the active participation of the entire population. He requested the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to promptly issue guidelines and urge localities to review and complete plans to ensure the completion of the program's goals.
