Honda City Sport 2025 is similar to RS, from 450 million VND
Honda City Sport has just launched in India with a sporty design, interior lighting, wireless CarPlay, promising to be a formidable competitor if it comes to Vietnam.

Honda continues to expand the City product line in India by launching the Sport version, a new option aimed at young customers who love a sporty , modern style but do not need too high-end equipment. With a starting price of 14.89 lakh rupees (about 450 million VND), the City Sport is positioned between the standard and premium versions. If distributed in Vietnam in the future, City Sport is fully capable of entering the B-class sedan segment, putting pressure on familiar names such as Toyota Vios and Hyundai Accent, which are dominating thanks to competitive prices. With a new approach, Honda City Sport can become an attractive choice for young customers who need a sedan that is both sporty and comfortable, but does not exceed the average budget.
In terms of exterior design, the City Sport has many similarities with the RS version currently distributed in Vietnam. The car is equipped with a glossy black grille, black painted wheels, rear spoiler, mirror covers and shark fin antenna in the same dark tone, creating a strong and dynamic feeling. The "Sport" logo appears on the rear of the car to distinguish it from other versions. Honda offers three paint color options for this version, including red, white and gray. In terms of performance, the City Sport uses a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine, 121 horsepower, combined with a 7-speed CVT gearbox, similar to the remaining versions in the current City line. In Vietnam, Honda City currently has the highest-end RS version, featuring a full LED lighting system and a sporty bumper design. However, the Sport version in India is equipped with additional features such as color-changing interior lighting and wireless CarPlay connectivity - features that the RS version does not have.
The interior is a notable upgrade. All seats, ceiling, pillars and panels are black, accented with red stitching on the seats, steering wheel and center console. In addition, the City Sport is also equipped with 7-color interior ambient lighting, a feature usually only found on higher-end models. Leatherette is also used for the seats, steering wheel and gear lever to add a luxurious feel. In terms of amenities, the Sport version has an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a big plus in a context where users increasingly prioritize convenience. The car also has features such as push-button start, smart key, automatic headlights and steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters.
The safety list remains unchanged from higher versions, including the Honda Sensing driver assistance package (ADAS), front fog lights, rear camera and basic features such as ABS, EBD, electronic balance or hill start assist. Video : Introducing the 2025 Honda City Sport sedan.
