It is known that in the coming time, the Provincial Women's Union will entrust the capital of the "New Start Fund" microfinance project to the Social Policy Bank, Ha Nam Branch to manage and lend to female members for economic development; complete procedures with the State Bank of Region 7 to terminate microfinance activities in Ha Nam province.
