The training course was organized in both direct and online formats, connecting to 50 points at high schools, continuing education centers, vocational education and continuing education centers in the province with the participation of more than 2,000 delegates. Participants were forces directly or jointly organizing the exam such as: managers, teachers,education sector staff; inspectors; police force; medical staff; members of the exam steering committee at all levels; representatives of colleges in the area.
At the central bridge located at Guest House A1, Lang Son city, the Department of Education and Training presided over the implementation of the training course content, with the participation of representatives of the Provincial Inspectorate, leaders of the Internal Political Security Department (PA03), the Provincial Police, heads of the Department of Education and Training of districts and cities, along with leaders and staff of high schools and related units.
At the training course, leaders of specialized departments under the Department, the Chief Inspector of the Department and leaders and officers of Department PA03, Provincial Police directly presented key contents, including: exam organization procedures according to new regulations; exam inspection and control work; plans to ensure security and safety at exam sites. Delegates also focused on discussing and clarifying many important contents such as: procedures for handling violations of regulations; security of exam questions and papers; control of high-tech equipment; coordination between forces at exam sites.
The training course also mentioned some situations that may arise during the exam organization such as power outages, floods causing traffic disruption, late candidates, transmission problems at the exam site... On that basis, the units developed specific contingency plans to respond promptly, ensuring the exam takes place safely, seriously, and according to plan.
According to the plan, the 2025 high school graduation exam will take place from June 25 to 27. The whole province plans to organize 22 exam sites with about 440 exam rooms, serving nearly 10,000 candidates registered for the exam, including 554 independent candidates (including 184 candidates following the 2018 general education program and 370 candidates following the 2006 general education program). Specifically, there are 21 exam sites for grade 12 candidates and independent candidates following the 2018 general education program; independent candidates following the 2006 general education program will take the exam at a separate exam site located at Chi Lang Secondary School, Lang Son city.
This is one of three large-scale training sessions held before the exam. Through the training course, the staff, teachers and forces participating in organizing the exam will be strengthened in their professional skills, have unified procedures, contribute to improving the quality of organization, ensuring the exam takes place safely, seriously and in accordance with regulations.
