Each support package includes a 25kg bag of rice and necessities such as fish sauce, salt, cooking oil, worth more than 500,000 VND. All funds are voluntarily contributed by members of the Association, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and sharing of Nghe An people far from home with their compatriots in difficulty.
The recent flood caused severe damage to houses, property, and crops in Tuong Duong commune, causing many households to fall into poverty. At the support handover ceremony, Major General Nguyen Hong Thai and members sent words of encouragement to the people to overcome difficulties, overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and soon stabilize their lives.
