Completing the district-level Youth Union Congress for the 2024-2029 term

According to information from the Vietnam Youth Union of the province, currently 13/13 districts, towns and cities in the province have completed the congresses of the Vietnam Youth Union at the district level.

Vietnam Youth Union of Viet Tri city organized a cultural exchange to celebrate the success of the congress.

According to the assessment, the district-level congress of the Vietnam Youth Union was well prepared in all aspects; with the attention and direction of the Party Committee and the government, the coordination and facilitation of departments, branches, and organizations, and the core political role of the Youth Union was well promoted, becoming a widespread political activity, a festival for all youth classes in the whole province.

The units have proactively built the congress and conference programs closely following the instructions of the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union as well as conducted and managed the organization of the congress with many new points to meet the needs and desires of members and young people. The content of the congress program has been softened, some units replaced the discussion part with a talk show, exchange, and experience sharing program with outstanding young people in various fields; interspersed with propaganda about sea and island sovereignty ; commended and rewarded typical advanced young people; presented and launched youth projects, presented gifts to poor children who have overcome difficulties...

Key tasks and work targets for the term are studied and built in accordance with the situation and trends of youth in the period 2024-2029. Regarding personnel: The district-level Youth Union Congress has elected a total of 363 people to participate in the district-level Youth Union Committee, each district-level unit has from 25 to 37 members. 10/13 district-level units (76.92%) directed direct consultation to elect the position of Chairman at the Congress.

Immediately after completing the direction of the District-level Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union, the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union will continue to deploy projects, tasks, and activities towards the 6th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union, term 2024-2029, scheduled to be held in early August 2024.
