According to the Ha Tinh Department of Home Affairs, in the whole province, there are currently more than 38,122 people with meritorious services and relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution receiving monthly preferential allowances; of which nearly 29,000 are people with meritorious services, the rest are relatives of people with meritorious services.
Pursuant to Document No. 3503/BNV-KHTC dated June 11, 2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on the management, implementation of accounting, handover, and reception of finance, assets, and central budget to implement preferential policies for people with revolutionary contributions under the 2-level local government model, Ha Tinh province has made a combined payment of 2 months (June and July 2025) of subsidies, allowances, and preferential policies for people with revolutionary contributions to beneficiaries.
Accordingly, up to now, 12 districts, cities and towns in the province have completed paying preferential allowances for June and July 2025 to meritorious people and their relatives in the area with a total amount of more than 254 billion VND.
Completing the payment of preferential allowances for 2 months (June and July 2025) in June 2025 not only ensures the rights of people with meritorious services but also ensures that the payment of allowances, subsidies and preferential regimes for people with meritorious services to the revolution is not interrupted during the implementation of the organizational arrangement when the 2-level local government model comes into operation from July 1, 2025.
