In the 2025/26 Championship Round 3, at home at the Building Society Arena, Coventry City only needed an expected goals (xG) of 1.26 to score 7 goals against QPR. This is the largest difference between xG and actual goals ever recorded by Opta in English football history, since the statistic was applied.
