Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan, Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Public Security , Deputy Head of the Standing Subcommittee of the Security and Order Subcommittee for the Anniversary Ceremony, affirmed that the Subcommittee has resolutely directed the synchronous and comprehensive implementation of plans, with the highest requirement: "Absolutely protect security and safety, not allowing even the smallest negligence, not only at the place where the anniversary ceremony takes place but nationwide".

The Ministry of Public Security has also simultaneously opened 8 high points to fight against crime and illegal immigration nationwide, contributing to maintaining social order and safety.

Through drastic implementation, the police force has investigated and solved more than 1,300 cases, arrested over 2,700 criminals, contributed to ensuring security for 12/15 official activities, 3 arising activities, 2 training sessions, 1 preliminary review - which has been recognized and highly appreciated by the leaders of the Party, State and people.
