On the morning of August 29, at the headquarters of the Hanoi Party Committee, the Hanoi People's Committee held a workshop on "Developing resolutions of the City People's Council to serve the development of science and technology associated with the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo and the Capital Law No. 39/2024/QH15". This is an important preparatory step in the process of building specific mechanisms and policies for the development of science, technology and innovation in the capital city of Hanoi.
