Restricting vehicles on 2 streets in the center of Ho Chi Minh City to prepare for April 30th holiday

(Dan Tri) - Pasteur and Le Duan streets, District 1 (HCMC) will be restricted to traffic on some days to serve as stages and stands for the April 30 holiday.

On March 23, the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Police Department (PC08) announced traffic adjustment on some routes in the city center to serve the construction of stages and stands to organize activities for the April 30 celebration.

Traffic Police Department informs people to limit traffic on Pasteur Street, Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1.

Construction time and location are as follows:

Phase 1: Gather equipment for all items at 30/4 Park; construct technical items and assemble stands B, C of the logistics area; assemble the base stand; assemble stand A and stand A tent. Time starts from March 22.

The construction site is Pasteur Street (section from Le Duan to Alexandre De Rhodes).

Phase 2: From March 31 to May 12. Construction site on Pasteur Street (from Han Thuyen to Le Duan).

Phase 3: Carry out the withdrawal of the median strip on Le Duan Street to serve the event's rehearsal, preliminary review, final rehearsal, and official parade. Time from April 17.

Location: Le Duan Street (from Nguyen Binh Khiem to Cong Xa Paris Roundabout). The time for dismantling, returning the site and re-establishing the site will be from May 1st to May 12th.

Alternative route:

Direction 1 (for phase 1 construction): Pasteur - Le Duan - Pham Ngoc Thach (or Hai Ba Trung) - Vo Thi Sau - go towards District 3, Phu Nhuan, Tan Binh (airport)...

Direction 2: Pasteur - Nguyen Du - Truong Dinh - Nguyen Thi Minh Khai - go to district 3, 5, 10... or go to Truong Dinh to Hoang Sa, Truong Sa.

Direction 3: Pasteur - Han Thuyen - Cong Xa Paris - Le Duan - go towards Binh Thanh district, Thu Duc city.

Direction 4: Pasteur - Ly Tu Trong - Ton Duc Thang - go towards Binh Thanh district, Thu Duc city.

Direction 5: Pasteur - Le Loi - Tran Hung Dao towards District 5, 11... or Le Loi - Le Lai - Pham Hong Thai - Cach Mang Thang Tam - towards District 3, 10, Tan Binh, Tan Phu.
