Recently, the hospital received an emotional letter of appeal with the following content: "After sending an appeal to Military Hospital 120, I received a quick response from Major CN Pham Minh Tuan, Health Insurance Team, along with clear information about health insurance benefits according to the provincial policy. On July 10, 2025, I took my father to Military Hospital 120 for hospitalization and testing. Here, my father was examined and carefully guided by the doctors. On July 11, 2025, my father's benign lipomatous tumor surgery was performed successfully. Currently, my father's health is stable and his spirit is much better.

That is a passage from the letter of Mr. Nguyen Manh Tan, son of patient Nguyen Van Manh (born in 1957), residing in Dong Hamlet, Kim Son Commune, Dong Thap Province, who wrote a thank you letter to Military Hospital 120.

It is known that on July 3, Military Hospital 120 received a request for help from Mr. Nguyen Manh Tan, residing in Dong Hamlet, Kim Son Commune, Dong Thap Province, regarding the health condition of his father, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh (born in 1957) at the same address. Mr. Tan's letter was directly responded to by Lieutenant Colonel, Doctor Nguyen Trung Kien, Director of the hospital.

Accordingly, on July 10, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh was admitted to the Department of Trauma and Orthopedics, Military Hospital 120 and successfully underwent surgery to remove an 11 cm tumor. Currently, Mr. Manh's health has stabilized and he was discharged from the hospital on July 15.

It is known that Mr. Nguyen Van Manh is a policy beneficiary, with especially difficult circumstances (a veteran who fought in the Cambodian battlefield), the hospital has exempted or reduced 100% of the hospital fee (more than 5.4 million VND).
