Hanoi supports Nghe An with 5 billion VND to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3
On the afternoon of July 24, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi city issued a decision to allocate 5 billion VND from the city's "Relief" Fund to support the people of Nghe An province to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 3 (Wipha).

The above amount will be transferred to the account of Nghe An Provincial Relief Committee.
On this occasion, the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi city also sent a letter of condolences to all cadres, soldiers and people of Nghe An province, especially people in affected areas.
The above support demonstrates the spirit of "Mutual love and support", "Hanoi for the whole country, Hanoi with the whole country", with the wish that the people of Nghe An province overcome difficulties and quickly restore production right after the storm passes.

Many areas were deeply submerged in floodwaters, some localities were completely cut off and isolated... In order to join hands to help people stabilize their lives soon, on July 23, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province also called on people nationwide to support compatriots affected by storm No. 3.
