Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision 458/2025 on leasing 64,562m2 of land (phase 2) in Phuc Dong ward, Long Bien district to Long Bien Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the Long Bien golf course and service investment project - ancillary items of Him Lam Long Bien eco-villa for rent.

This land area includes 3,891m2 of national defense land that was recovered by the Long Bien District People's Committee and 60,671m2 of agricultural land of households, individuals and public land managed by the Ward People's Committee. The Long Bien District People's Committee confirmed the completion of site clearance in a document dated January 13.

Long Bien Investment Joint Stock Company is allowed to use more than 9,793m2 of land (the City People's Committee leased the land to the enterprise on December 8, 2014) and 1,531m2 of national defense land belonging to the land of Brigade 918 managed by the General Staff's Surveying and Mapping Company Limited to implement the Long Bien golf course and service investment project (ancillary items of Him Lam Long Bien eco-villa for rent).

The form of land use is that the State leases land and collects land rent once for the entire lease term. The land lease term is 50 years from June 4, 2014 (the date the Hanoi People's Committee issues the Investment Certificate). The method of land allocation is land allocation without auctioning land use rights or bidding to select investors to implement the project.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to determine land rents in accordance with regulations, within authority, ensuring strictness, no negativity, group interests, no loss or waste of state assets...
