Professor Le Quan holds the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

(NLDO)- Professor Le Quan, Chairman of the Council and Director of Hanoi National University, was appointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

On September 3, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 1889 on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Quan, Chairman of the Council and Director of Hanoi National University, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training .

Professor Le Quan

Professor Le Quan was born in 1974 in Hanoi, from Quang Ngai. He has a high level of political theory, a PhD in management science from Toulon University (France), is an expert in human resource development and entrepreneurship, and was appointed Associate Professor in 2009 and Professor in 2017.

Professor Le Quan has held leadership and management positions such as: Head of Human Resource Management Department (University of Commerce), Member of the Board of Directors of the Francophone Entrepreneurship Institute, Member of the Executive Board of the network of scientists researching entrepreneurship (Francophone University Organization), in charge of international training projects at the University of Commerce, and in charge of Filière Francophone on business administration.

After that, he worked as Director of the Center for International Training and Education (University of Economics, Vietnam National University, Hanoi); Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of Vietnam National University, Hanoi; Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of the Organization and Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of Vietnam National University, Hanoi; Deputy Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi; Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province.

On June 24, 2021, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 998/QD-TTg appointing Mr. Le Quan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, to hold the position of Director of Hanoi National University.
