Pork price today June 9: Stable after price adjustment

According to the latest survey, pork products are currently at a stable price at Ha Hien Fresh Food Company and WinMart store system.

After the adjustment on the morning of June 8, the price of pork today (June 9) at Ha Hien Fresh Food Company remained stable this morning. Currently, pork products at Ha Hien are listed in the range of 85,000 - 181,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, pork ribs were sold at the highest price of 181,000 VND/kg. Next, the prices of pig tail and pork belly were 168,000 VND/kg and 159,000 VND/kg, respectively. Following were two products of lean pork shoulder and pork ribs, with corresponding prices of 130,000 VND/kg and 128,000 VND/kg.

Meat Deli chilled pork prices continue to be quiet on the website winmart.vn. Currently, pork products are sold at prices ranging from 119,922 - 163,122 VND/kg, of which the types are being discounted by 20% under the preferential program for WinMart members.

Specifically, pork products at WinMart are currently priced as follows: boneless ham 127,922 VND/kg, ground pork 119,922 VND/kg, lean pork shoulder 126,320 VND/kg, lean pork thigh 122,320 VND/kg, lean pork belly 157,520 VND/kg and pork belly 163,122 VND/kg.

Pig price today

On the morning of June 9, the live hog market in the North recorded a slight decrease in some localities. Specifically, the two provinces of Hung Yen and Tuyen Quang both decreased by 1,000 VND/kg, to 69,000 VND/kg.

Prices in the remaining localities in the region are still stable. Thus, traders in the North are buying live pigs.

In the Central Highlands region, the price of live pigs continued to remain stable in most localities, except for the two provinces of Dak Lak and Binh Thuan , which decreased slightly by VND 1,000/kg, to VND 72,000 and VND 73,000/kg, respectively.

Currently, live pigs in the Central Highlands are bought and sold at a price difference of about 68,000 - 73,000 VND/kg.

The Southern market witnessed a decrease in live pig prices in many localities this morning. In particular, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Phuoc , Tay Ninh, An Giang, Hau Giang and Tien Giang all adjusted down 1,000 VND/kg, trading at 73,000 VND/kg.

Also recording a price drop, live pigs in Long An dropped to 74,000 VND/kg. Thus, the price of 75,000 VND/kg has disappeared from the market. Currently, the price of live pigs today in the South fluctuates between 72,000 - 74,000 VND/kg.
