After the merger, Gia Sang Ward arranged 8 officials and civil servants to perform tasks at the Public Administration Service Center (abbreviated as TTHCC), including: 1 Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee and Director of the Center, 1 full-time Deputy Director and 6 specialists. The TTHCC was initially equipped with necessary equipment for operation.
The ward has set up a 24/7 "hotline" to receive opinions and recommendations from people and businesses, and fully publicizes the list of procedures and processing times at the headquarters.
From July 1 to 14 alone, Gia Sang Ward Public Administration Center received, guided and resolved 316 administrative records in many fields.

Gia Sang Ward Public Administration Center is currently using the facilities of Cam Gia Ward (old), so there are still limitations such as: Narrow office area, unsynchronized equipment, incomplete software connection system, affecting work progress.
However, with the efforts of each officer, people's satisfaction is a clear "measure" of the initial effectiveness of operating under the new model.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong in residential group 3 (old Cam Gia ward) shared: My family's land records have been stuck for many years. After the merger of the new ward, I was given detailed instructions and all my questions were resolved.
Mrs. Tran Thi Tho (old Dong Lien commune), 75 years old, expressed: The first time I did the procedure to enjoy the policy for the elderly in the new ward, I was warmly welcomed, the staff guided me wholeheartedly, I felt very secure.
According to Ms. Phan Thi Tuyet Mai, an officer of the Land Registration Office Branch of Region I, the workload in the early days was very large, equipment was lacking, but the staff always tried their best to serve the people.
Records in Gia Sang ward show that the two-level government model is effective, the government is closer to the people, understands the people and serves the people better.
