On the morning of July 25, Khuong Dinh ward deployed the "Digital Education for All" Movement and launched a digital transformation competition in the ward.

Party Secretary, Chairman of Khuong Dinh Ward People's Council Vo Dang Dung said that the goal of the movement is to popularize basic knowledge about digital transformation and digital skills for people with a revolutionary, all-people, comprehensive spirit, leaving no one behind in the digital transformation process. All people are equipped with the necessary digital knowledge and skills to apply in daily life to grasp, utilize, exploit and enjoy the achievements of science , technology, innovation and digital transformation.

The whole ward strives that by 2025, more than 95% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the public sector will have an understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, and be able to use digital platforms and services for work.

100% of high school and university students are equipped with digital knowledge and skills to serve their study, research and creativity, and have safe learning skills and social interaction in the digital environment.

More than 85% of adults have basic knowledge of digital transformation, have digital skills, can use smart devices to exploit information, use essential digital platforms and services, and know how to protect themselves in the digital environment. The ward strives for 85% of the adult population to have smartphones; the proportion of urban adults with electronic payment accounts is over 50%; 80% of workers in enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions have basic knowledge of digital technology , have digital skills, and can use smart devices to serve production and business, and improve labor productivity.

At the launching ceremony, representatives of Kim Giang Secondary School, Residential Area Party Cell No. 6, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khuong Dinh Ward... expressed their high response to the digital transformation emulation campaign in the ward and said that the "Digital Popular Education" movement is an equal opportunity for learning in the digital age. This is a topic that is both topical and demonstrates the responsibility of the education sector, residential area Party Cell, the Fatherland Front and organizations in inheriting the spirit of the historical popular education movement, while adapting to the current era of strong digital transformation.

Today, the "enemy of ignorance" is no longer illiteracy, but technological illiteracy, information illiteracy, and illiteracy in the digital age. People who do not have access to technological knowledge will be left behind in a completely digitalized society. Therefore, the "Digital Literacy for All" movement carries a new mission, popularizing digital skills, helping all people to access, use and master technology effectively.

Vice Chairman of Khuong Dinh Ward People's Committee Do Van Khai said that in the coming time, the Ward People's Committee will deploy models and movements to spread digital skills to the community, such as: "Digital Ambassador" network at Public Administration Service Points, arranging support personnel, guiding when people come to do administrative procedures but do not have enough skills to operate on the Online Public Service Portal.

In addition, the Ward People's Committee also promotes the "Digital Family" movement, each household has at least one member participating in learning, understanding digital transformation, digital skills, using digital platforms and services and providing guidance to family members; "Digital Market" model, coordinating training for small traders and people through the 4T learning model (Small traders - E-commerce - Cashless payment - Digital savings), helping learners master skills, use technology, digital platforms in business; "Each citizen - A digital identity" model, ensuring that 100% of citizens from 16 years old have a digital identity, supporting people to install and use the VNeID application, digital bank accounts, etc.
