Today's live pig prices fluctuated across all three regions, falling in many localities. However, the decrease was not too much. In the northern provinces, live pig prices recorded a slight decrease in Hung Yen and Tuyen Quang provinces, both down 1,000 VND to 69,000 VND/kg. The remaining localities in the region temporarily saw prices stagnate, with traders in this market purchasing live pigs at around 68,000 - 69,000 VND/kg.

In the Central Highlands market, the price of live pigs remained stable in most localities, except for the two provinces of Dak Lak and Binh Thuan, which decreased slightly by VND 1,000, to VND 72,000 and VND 73,000/kg, respectively. Currently, the price of live pigs in the Central Highlands fluctuates between VND 68,000 - VND 73,000/kg.

The southern live hog market fluctuated downward in many localities this morning. In particular, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Phuoc , Tay Ninh, An Giang, Hau Giang and Tien Giang all adjusted down 1,000 VND, trading at 73,000 VND/kg.

Also recording a decrease of 1,000 VND, the price of live pigs in Long An dropped to 74,000 VND/kg. Thus, the price of 75,000 VND/kg is no longer recorded in the market at the present time. The average price of live pigs today in the southern market fluctuates between 72,000 - 74,000 VND/kg.
