G-Dragon's side puts fans' safety first
Management company Galaxy Corporation announced on July 11: "We regret that the concert of the Übermensch world tour scheduled for August 2 has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
After carefully assessing the risks involved in holding an outdoor performance in hot weather conditions – which have been causing a surge in heat-related illnesses in the area – the company decided to cancel the event.
We put the health and safety of our fans first when making this decision."

As tickets for the Bangkok show are not yet on sale, fans are not required to return their tickets or receive a refund.
The company also said that they are trying to rearrange the performance schedule as soon as possible, depending on weather conditions and safety factors, and promise to bring a worthy stage, turning that moment into an unforgettable memory for the audience.
What many people are wondering is that a series of other concerts taking place in August in Thailand - such as Kai (EXO) or LE SSERAFIM - are still selling tickets and are being held as usual. Only G-Dragon's concert was canceled.

Previously, the schedule of the Übermensch world tour had encountered many problems due to ineffective management from the management company.
The opening show at Seoul’s Goyang Stadium in March started 73 minutes late. At concerts in Macau, Sydney and Hong Kong, Galaxy Corporation continued to face criticism for choosing venues that were too small to accommodate the audience size, and for arranging a tight schedule that required G-Dragon to perform continuously for 3 days.
Recently, the wave of protests spread even wider when G-Dragon's global fans organized a truck protest to express their dissatisfaction with Galaxy Corporation's unprofessional operations.
They also strongly condemned CEO Choi Yong Ho's frequent appearances at G-Dragon's official activities, raising suspicions that the company was taking advantage of the artist's fame to prepare for a plan to list the business on the stock exchange, instead of wholeheartedly supporting his artistic career.

Fans are eagerly awaiting official information about G-Dragon bringing the Übermensch concert to Vietnam. If this becomes a reality and the concert in Bangkok is held smoothly as planned, fans can be somewhat assured that the ticket “competition” rate will decrease.
However, up to now, all information related to G-Dragon's concert in Vietnam is still one-sided, without official confirmation from the artist or management company. Therefore, the audience needs to stay alert and cautious with unverified sources to avoid being scammed.
