Recently, a nearly 5-minute clip appeared on social media showing many tourists buying mantis shrimp, crabs and many other types of seafood from a woman selling them on the beach but being under-weighed. The clip was also shared on many social media sites, attracting many views and comments expressing outrage at the dishonest behavior of the seafood seller.

The clip shows many tourists being underweighted when buying seafood, including one customer who bought a bag of seafood that weighed 4.4 kg. However, when the tourist brought it to another scale (of another seafood seller) to weigh it again, he discovered that the bag of seafood weighed only 3.6 kg.

Another customer bought 5 kg of seafood but when weighed again with another scale, the weight was only 4.2 kg.

In addition to the two cases above, there were many other tourists who bought seafood from the above seafood seller and were underweight. All the tourists who were underweight then gathered to ask the seafood seller to re-weigh the seafood with another scale, and at the same time asked for a refund for the underweight.

Faced with the above situation, the seafood seller had to agree to re-weigh the product, and refunded many tourists who bought the under-weighed products.

Recently, Sam Son City has frequently used loudspeakers to warn tourists not to buy seafood from unknown sources, or to buy at boat docks or street vendors to avoid being "ripped off".
