Ahead of its launch, pricing information for the Galaxy Watch8 Series has been leaked. According to a new report from WinFuture, the new standard and Classic versions of this smartwatch will cost more than its predecessor, while the Ultra version will remain the same.

Specifically, the standard Galaxy Watch8 with 40mm and 44mm variants will be sold for 40 to 50 EUR more than the Galaxy Watch7. For reference, the Galaxy Watch 7 Wi-Fi 40mm/44mm launched at 319 EUR (about 9.68 million VND) and 349 EUR (about 10.59 million VND).
Next, the Galaxy Watch8 Classic will also cost €50 more than the Galaxy Watch6 Classic when it launches in 2023. To recall, the Watch6 Classic started at €419. This means the Galaxy Watch8 Classic will start at €469 and go all the way up to €549.
As for the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, WinFuture's source said the device will be sold in Europe at the same price as the previous generation, which is 699 EUR (about 21.21 million VND).
Samsung is expected to continue using its W1000 chip in the Galaxy Watch8 series expected to launch in the second half of this year.
