Po Hen Border Guard Station - Phong Thanh Cang Border Management Team: Coordinate to organize joint patrols

On the morning of March 20, Po Hen Border Guard Station, Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard (Vietnam) coordinated with the Fangcheng Port Border Management Team, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China) to organize a joint patrol from Marker 1346(1) to Marker 1350(2).

After meeting and reaching an agreement, the patrol teams of both sides carried out a joint patrol mission from Marker 1346(1) to Marker 1350(2). During the joint patrol, both sides organized well propaganda andeducation activities to raise awareness of the law, the Agreement on the Regulations on Land Border Management between Vietnam and China and the agreements signed by both sides for the people on both sides of the border area.

This joint patrol is part of a plan approved by the Provincial Border Guard Command; thereby enhancing coordination in border security protection, strengthening solidarity and friendship between the two sides according to the policies of the two Parties and two States.

Bilateral patrols have enhanced coordination between border management and protection forces on both sides in border management and protection, crime prevention and control; jointly resolved issues that occurred, maintained security and order in the border area; and contributed to building a border of peace , friendship, cooperation and development.
