Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance has just announced a list of 16,929 units that are 3 months or more late in paying social insurance, with data showing late payments up to September 30, and payment authorizations updated up to October 8.

Accordingly, Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company (District 3) is still at the top of the list of late social insurance payments in the area with an amount of nearly 42.9 billion VND.

Coming in second is Saigon Post and Telecommunications Services Joint Stock Company (District 1) with more than 39.1 billion VND.

For the above two companies alone, the amount of late social insurance payment has reached 81 billion VND.

In the list of Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance, besides companies that are slow to pay social insurance for employees due to difficult production and business situations and are trying to overcome and pay compensation every month, there are still many companies that are "slow" and owe social insurance for many years.

Just counting the first 10 pages of the 342-page list of 16,929 units that are 3 months or more behind on social insurance payments in Ho Chi Minh City, there are 8 companies that are 100 months or more behind on payments.

Leading the way is Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 8 (Binh Thanh District), which has been late in paying social insurance until the 130th month with an amount of nearly 9.7 billion VND.

Independent Consulting KT Co., Ltd. (District 1) is 118 months late in paying its taxes, with an amount of more than 2 billion VND.

Dai Nam Viet Joint Stock Company (District 1) is overdue in paying more than 6 billion VND until the 109th month.

Song Hong Saigon Joint Stock Company (Tan Binh District) is also 101 months late in paying its taxes, with an amount of nearly 2.7 billion VND.

HWM Contractors Vietnam Co., Ltd. (District 1) is late in paying social insurance with an amount of just over 258 million VND, but the late payment period has reached October.

XPRESS Vietnam Printing Company Limited (District 3) also paid a small amount late but it lasted until the 115th month.

Similarly, Easy Dream Company Limited (District 1) was late in paying until the 113th month. Digital Marketing Technology Company Limited (District 1) was late in paying until the 106th month.

Among the enterprises that are late in paying social insurance with large amounts, Saigon Post and Telecommunications Services Joint Stock Company is also famous for its long-term delay in payment. As of September 2024, this unit has been late in paying social insurance for 79 months, which means it has not been able to fix the problem for more than 6 years.
