On October 10, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told RIA Novosti that Russia had not received any signals from Ukraine indicating that Kiev was ready for a ceasefire. Dmitry Litvin, a communications adviser to Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky, also denied the information when speaking to Ukrainian media. “We have a ‘ peace formula’ that clearly states what Ukraine considers a fair peace,” the official stressed.
