The average 10th grade exam score of a middle school is nearly 9 points/subject.

(Dan Tri) - According to current published data, Cau Giay Secondary School is leading the average public 10th grade exam score this year with 26.49 points.

Cau Giay Secondary School has just announced the results of the 2025 Hanoi public 10th grade entrance exam.

The average exam score of students at this school is 26.49, while the highest benchmark score this year in the city is 25.5.

In math, Cau Giay school students scored an average of 9 points. This figure was 9.44 in English and 8.05 in literature.

The whole school has 105 students scoring 10 in English and 12 students scoring 10 in math. The school also has one of the 8 top students in the public 10th grade exam, Nguyen Quang Anh (class 9A4).

The results of the specialized entrance exams of Cau Giay students were also at a record level. The number of students passing the specialized entrance exams was 335, many of whom passed 2-3 specialized schools, bringing the total number of passing specialized entrance exams to 413.

Currently, among the secondary schools that have announced the average score in the 2025 public 10th grade exam, Luong The Vinh School ranks second after Cau Giay School with 25.82 points. The school has 143 students passing the specialized exam with 245 admissions.

Next is Thanh Xuan Secondary School with an average exam score of 25.76 points. The number of students passing the specialized exam is 173 with 356 admissions.

Nam Tu Liem High Quality Secondary School ranked 4th with an average score of 25.6. Of which, literature scored 7.9 points, math scored 8.8 points and foreign language scored 8.9 points.

The class with the highest average admission score is AE9.1 with 26.39 points (average 8.8 points/subject).

The school has 154 students confirmed to have passed the specialized exam.

Behind Nam Tu Liem school is Hanoi Star school with an average admission score of 25.55. The school also has a valedictorian of the city, Nguyen Minh Huyen - a student of class 9A0.

Regarding the specialized results, Hanoi Star School had 267 admissions, of which 149 were admitted to specialized high schools under the university block and 118 were admitted to specialized high schools under the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.

The three specialized classes of physics, chemistry, and biology of this school have a 100% passing rate.

In 6th place is Giang Vo Secondary School. The school has an average admission score of 24.3, of which 194 students scored 25.5 points or higher. The number of students passing the specialized entrance exam is 214.

Another private school, Doan Thi Diem Secondary and High School, also has a record of passing the specialized entrance exam. The school did not announce the average admission score, but the number of students passing the specialized entrance exam reached 450, higher than Cau Giay School.

Currently, two high-quality secondary schools with strengths in key training, Archimedes Academy and Nguyen Tat Thanh, have not announced their results in this year's 10th grade exam.
