Top 20 primary schools with the most students passing the "most expensive" 6th grade entrance exam in Hanoi

(Dan Tri) - Cau Giay High-Quality Secondary School announced for the first time the list of 20 primary schools in Hanoi with the most students passing the entrance exam.

The list of 20 primary schools with the most students admitted to Cau Giay Secondary School in 2025 includes 9 private schools and 11 public schools. Of which, private schools almost dominate the positions in the Top 10.

Standing at the top is Archimedes Academy Primary School. The next 4 positions are Doan Thi Diem, Ly Thai To, Dich Vong A and Ngoi Sao Ha Noi . Of these, only Dich Vong A is a public primary school.

Positions 6-10 include: Nguyen Sieu, Nghia Tan (public), Lomonosov My Dinh, Dich Vong B (public) and Le Quy Don.

Positions 11 to 20 are mostly public schools, with Vinschool at number 13.

This is the first year Cau Giay Secondary School has announced a list of primary schools that have "contributed" many talented people to the school.

Since Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted stopped enrolling in grade 6, Cau Giay School has become the number 1 destination for excellent students in Hanoi.

In the recent 10th grade exam, the average score of students at this school was 26.49, while the highest standard score this year in the city was 25.5.

In math, Cau Giay school students scored an average of 9 points. This figure was 9.44 in English and 8.05 in literature.

The whole school has 105 students scoring 10 in English and 12 students scoring 10 in math. The school also has one of the 8 top students in the public 10th grade exam, Nguyen Quang Anh (class 9A4).

The results of the specialized entrance exams of Cau Giay students were also at a record level. The number of students passing the specialized entrance exams was 335, many of whom passed 2-3 specialized schools, bringing the total number of passing specialized entrance exams to 413.
