Which school has the most students passing the Pedagogy exam?

(Dan Tri) - Cau Giay Secondary School continues to lead the race to enter the University of Education High School for the Gifted with 165 students admitted.

According to statistics from high-quality secondary schools in Hanoi , Cau Giay Secondary School has 165 students admitted to the University of Education. Coming in second is Archimedes Academy Secondary School with 120 students.

The Dong Anh campus of this school has 36 more students, bringing the total number of students in the entire Archimedes system passing the Pedagogy major to 156.

Hanoi Star School announced that 57 students were admitted. Foreign Language Secondary School had 35 students admitted. Tran Duy Hung Secondary School had 15 students admitted.

Thus, at these 6 secondary schools alone, the number of admitted students has reached 393.

Meanwhile, the enrollment target for grade 10 in 2025 of the University of Education High School for the Gifted is only 420.

So there are only about 30 quotas left for other secondary schools.

Notably, some "key" schools have not announced the number of students passing the Pedagogy major exam, such as Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary and High School, Doan Thi Diem Secondary School, Nam Tu Liem Secondary School, Thanh Xuan Secondary School, Ngo Sy Lien Secondary School, and Trung Vuong Secondary School.

The National University of Education’s Gifted High School recruits students nationwide. However, the list of successful candidates shows that the chances for students from provinces outside Hanoi are very low. In the past few years, students from a number of high-quality schools in Hanoi have almost “monopolized” the race for specialized schools.

In Cau Giay Secondary School alone, in addition to 165 students passing the pedagogical exam, there are also 74 students passing the foreign language exam and 96 students passing the natural science exam.

Archimedes Academy also had 281 students passing the specialized entrance exam, with 104 students passing the natural science entrance exam and 57 students passing the foreign language entrance exam.

Currently, among the specialized schools under the University, only the High School for Social Sciences and Humanities has not announced the standard exam scores for grade 10.
