Accordingly, the electronic information page of Cao Lanh District, Dong Thap - one of the filming locations of Dat Rung Phuong Nam posted an official dispatch requesting filming permission from Hoan Khue Film Production Joint Stock Company sent to Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee and Dong Thap Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on October 12, 2022 regarding the production of the feature film Dat Rung Phuong Nam.
The document states: "Based on Official Dispatch No. 18676/QD-BVHTTDL of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on approving the script of Southern Forest Land according to the plan for producing feature films ordered by the State".
'Dat Rung Phuong Nam' has grossed 66.5 billion VND as of noon on October 19, according to Box Office Vietnam.
