Hai Phong City and Pacific Group (China) strengthen cooperation

On the afternoon of July 17, comrade Le Tien Chau, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong City received and worked with leaders of Pacific Construction Group (China).

The Secretary of the City Party Committee introduced to the delegation the city's development in recent times; the main results of socio-economic development; the potential, position in terms of geopolitics, economy, infrastructure, the development of industrial parks, economic zones... and information that Hai Phong city has prepared a list of projects calling for investment from the Pacific Construction Group and hopes that the group's leaders will soon study and come to a specific decision. The Department of Construction is assigned to be the contact point with the group under the direction of Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau.

The fields of Pacific Construction Group are very suitable for the city's investment attraction orientation such as bridge, railway, road, seaport, logistics projects...

Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa expressed his strong impression of the potential and development of Hai Phong city after the merger and introduced the group's strengths such as: bridges, roads, railways, offshore wind power, smart city construction, waste treatment, water resources, etc. Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa expressed his desire to cooperate in investing in Hai Phong and to enhance the cooperative relationship between Pacific Construction Group and Hai Phong city to become increasingly close and sustainable; soon realized through specific projects.
