Attending the Ceremony were comrades: Vu Thi Thanh - Party Committee Secretary, Chairwoman of the Ward People's Council; Nguyen Thi Kim Dinh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Pham Bach Dang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; along with comrades in the Party Committee Standing Committee, representatives of the Party Committee Office, departments and unions of the ward; Secretaries of the Party cells of the residential groups in the clusters of Ngoc Lam, Bo De, Thuong Thanh, Ngoc Thuy, Gia Thuy and especially the presence of exemplary Party members who were honored to receive the Party Badge this time.

According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, on September 2, 2025, the entire city had 10,622 party members awarded the Party Badge. The Bo De Ward Party Committee alone had 241 comrades, of which 03 comrades were awarded the 80-year Party membership badge (02 comrades received it at their homes, 01 comrade was directly awarded by General Secretary To Lam). In addition, dozens of other party members were honored to receive the milestone badges of 65 years, 60 years, 55 years, 50 years, 45 years, 40 years and 30 years of Party membership.

This is an honor and pride not only for each party member and their family but also for the Party cells and the Party Committee of Bo De ward. The Party badge is the recognition and respect of the Party, the State and the people for the process of striving, training and persistent dedication of party members in the revolutionary cause, fighting for national independence, building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Vu Thi Thanh - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council emphasized: "You are exemplary Party members in terms of the qualities and spirit of a communist soldier. Regardless of your position, you always excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Party and the Fatherland. Despite your old age, you still actively participate in local activities, take the lead in many fields, and make an important contribution to the overall success of the Party Committee, government and people of Bo De Ward in the past time".
Briefly reporting on the outstanding results of the ward in recent times, comrade Vu Thi Thanh said that after implementing the arrangement of administrative units, the Ward Party Committee quickly consolidated the organization, innovated leadership methods, promptly adapted to reality; successfully organized the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. At the same time, the fields of socio-economic development, national defense - security, urban beautification, environmental sanitation, education, health, culture - sports have all achieved many positive results. In particular, in responding to natural disasters and epidemics, the ward's political system has demonstrated strong leadership, mobilizing the strength of the entire people to ensure safety and life for the people.

"The above results have the great and persistent contributions of you, comrades - the excellent Party members who are honored to receive the Party Badge today. I hope that you will continue to promote revolutionary ethics, pioneering and exemplary spirit; at the same time, encourage your children and grandchildren to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws; actively participate in Party and government building work and pass on the revolutionary spirit to the younger generation", Comrade Vu Thi Thanh emphasized.
The Secretary of the Party Committee of Bo De Ward also requested that Party cells and residential groups pay more attention to the material and spiritual life of Party members, especially veteran Party members; regularly listen to and absorb valuable opinions and experiences to contribute to building Bo De Ward to become more and more civilized, prosperous and beautiful, worthy of being one of the key areas of Hanoi city.

Representing the party members honored to receive the badges, comrade Nguyen Xuan Hien - party member of residential group No. 23 expressed his emotion and pride at being recognized by the Party, and affirmed that he will continue to contribute, preserve the qualities of a communist, and accompany the people in the cause of building the homeland.
The Party Badge Awarding Ceremony of the 2nd session on September 2025 of the Bo De Ward Party Committee took place in a solemn, warm and emotional atmosphere. The event was not only a source of pride for veteran Party members but also an opportunity for the younger generation to gain a deeper understanding of the value of revolutionary ideals and the responsibility to inherit and promote the glorious traditions of the Party.
