Ensuring stable and smooth policy credit operations after administrative unit arrangement

(DN) - According to the Social Policy Bank, Dong Nai province branch, immediately after the new administrative units came into operation, the branch quickly stabilized the organization, arranged a reasonable personnel structure, and ensured continuous operation.

On July 5 and 6, the branch simultaneously organized working delegations to visit and work at a total of 27 transaction points in the province. At the transaction points, all business activities took place smoothly, safely and effectively.

The Social Policy Bank, Dong Nai province branch, is managing the total outstanding balance of policy credit programs reaching over 11.5 trillion VND through the provincial branch headquarters, 21 transaction offices and a network of 270 transaction points in communes and wards across the province.

Le Ba Chuyen, Acting Director of the Social Policy Bank, Dong Nai Province Branch, emphasized that after the administrative restructuring, the branch will continue to maintain local transaction points and maintain the fixed monthly transaction schedule. Thanks to that, people do not have to travel far, their financial habits are not disrupted, and loan disbursement and debt collection activities are carried out normally.

In addition, the Social Policy Bank branch in Dong Nai province also received attention and support from local authorities at all levels. The commune government provided support in terms of facilities, arranged working space and assigned police officers to be present at the transaction point to ensure absolute safety for people and property throughout the transaction.

Transaction offices also proactively coordinate closely with the People's Committees of communes and socio -political organizations that receive the mandate to widely announce the location, schedule and time of transactions, helping people to grasp information promptly.
