Ensuring conditions for organizing high school graduation exams in 2025

Xuan Hoa High School (Phuc Yen) has 409 students of the school and 238 students of Viet Xo Vocational College No. 1 taking the exam.

The school has been preparing for the exam early and seriously. Since May, the school has coordinated with the authorities to review and upgrade the facilities. 30 official exam rooms and 1 spare room have been thoroughly inspected, ensuring a minimum of 24 tables and chairs, adequate lighting, electric fans, drinking water... to serve the candidates.

Fire prevention and fighting equipment is checked and fully supplemented to respond promptly in all situations. Hygiene work to ensure a clean and airy environment is also focused on. The area where exam papers and exam papers are stored is sealed, has 24/7 surveillance cameras and specialized security forces.

The school proactively coordinates with local authorities, police forces and the City Medical Center to develop plans to ensure traffic safety, security and order, medical care and emergency handling.

The team of exam invigilators are seriously trained, have a firm grasp of exam invigilation procedures, and have a high sense of responsibility.

Principal of Xuan Hoa High School Nguyen Thi Chau Yen said: "All preparations for the 2025 high school graduation exam are being carried out by the school with the highest sense of responsibility, creating the best conditions for students to confidently enter the exam.

By June 20, all preparations will be completed, ready for the exam to take place safely, seriously and successfully."

To prepare for the 2025 high school graduation exam, Nguyen Thi Giang High School (Vinh Tuong) has established a Department in charge of facilities including school leaders, homeroom teachers, security guards and related staff.

The department in charge of facilities is responsible for reviewing, arranging and comprehensively checking the examination room system and equipment, and at the same time, coordinating with relevant units to ensure the best conditions and plans for the exam.

Up to now, 16 official examination rooms, 1 spare room and 2 waiting rooms have been arranged according to standards, serving 363 candidates of the school taking the exam.

The exam storage room has a sturdy locker, monitored by 24/7 cameras to ensure absolute safety. Fire prevention and fighting measures are also focused on, each building has a fire extinguisher area, and each exam room has a fire extinguisher ready to use when necessary.

To ensure the health and living conditions of the exam staff, the school arranges accommodation for the exam site leaders, inspectors and supervisors. Meals for exam invigilators are contracted with a supplier to ensure food safety and hygiene.

The school has contacted Lung Hoa Secondary School as a backup testing site in case of an incident. Inter-sectoral coordination is carried out synchronously; the District People's Committee directs units to support the school in organizing the exam; the electricity department checks and ensures stable operation of the power system during the exam; the medical center sends staff to the testing site to handle health and epidemic prevention situations; the police force ensures security, order and traffic safety; the Youth Union implements the "Supporting the Exam Season" program, ready to support candidates and their families.

In addition, the school will make a list of candidates with at least 3 contact phone numbers to serve the management and support of the candidates.

Realizing the important role of this year's high school graduation exam, Tran Nguyen Han High School (Lap Thach) is urgently completing the preparation of facilities and conditions, ready for the exam.

The school arranged 15 official examination rooms to serve 238 students of the school and 120 students of Lap Thach District Continuing Education Center.

The examination rooms are fully equipped with tables, chairs, lighting, fans, air conditioners and drinking water. Schools and classrooms are cleaned, creating a cool and comfortable examination space to help candidates have the best spirit when taking the test. The area for storing personal items, documents and equipment prohibited from being brought into the examination room is arranged separately, ensuring safety, separated from the examination area. The medical room is prepared according to the requirements of the Department of Education and Training, ready to handle any health situations that arise. The examination room is well organized with cabinets containing examination papers and exam papers of different colors, easy to distinguish; the 24/7 camera surveillance system ensures absolute safety and security.

In particular, the Youth Union is assigned to organize and mobilize members to participate in supporting the exam season, supporting candidates and their families in transportation, looking after belongings and providing necessary information.

Teacher Nguyen Hung Trang, Vice Principal of Tran Nguyen Han High School said: "With the viewpoint of doing everything for our beloved students, up to this point, all conditions regarding facilities and human resources serving the exam have been prepared properly and sufficiently according to regulations to contribute to the successful organization of this important exam."
