During the 2020-2025 term, the Regiment Party Committee has led the dissemination and strict implementation of orders, directives, resolutions, and commands on combat readiness work of Military Region 3 and the Provincial Military Command; maintained and strictly implemented the combat readiness regime. Timely supplemented and adjusted the system of combat documents and plans to meet mission requirements. Closely combined training and political education with management, discipline training, building a regular routine, close to the target and requirements of practical combat tasks, developing plans to protect major holidays and political events of the Party and State; consolidated the construction of training grounds; participated in the new soldier sports festival organized by Military Region 3 and achieved high prizes. Proactively developed plans, organized coordination, prepared human resources and means to perform tasks of natural disaster prevention - search and rescue, fire prevention - forest fire prevention. Deploying 1,200 officers and soldiers to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 (Yagi) in the province.

Delegates attending the congress performed the flag salute ceremony, sang the National Anthem and the Internationale at the congress.

The unit has successfully carried out its tasks of hosting training, coaching, competitions, sports, training reserve officers, and organizing military semester classes. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Regiment Party Committee have been constantly improved. 100% of cadres, party members, and soldiers have strong political will, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks...

With its achievements, during the past term, the Regiment received 1 Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of National Defense ; 7 Certificates of Merit from the Military Region, and 5 Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee...

The Congress voted to elect the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the Congress, Colonel Nguyen Dinh Khiem, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Commissar of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, congratulated and commended the achievements and results of the Party Committee of Regiment 244 over the past 5 years; at the same time, he requested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the Regiment continue to lead and direct the successful implementation of the goals and targets set out in the resolution, focusing on strictly maintaining the combat readiness regimes; practicing and mastering the plans, especially in combat readiness to protect the unit.

At the same time, prepare forces and means to be ready to participate in coordinating the handling of situations in the area. Do a good job of preparing, organizing training, fostering knowledge of national defense and security, hosting competitions and sports events to ensure content, time, and programs closely following the motto "Basic, practical, solid" for the permanent framework and "Basic, practical, effective" for the reserve mobilization force; combine training with discipline training, do mass mobilization work, build a regular routine; strive to participate in competitions and sports events at all levels to achieve high results. Focus on improving the quality of training, combat readiness; build an increasingly strong and comprehensive Regiment "Exemplary, typical", excellently completing all assigned tasks...

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; elected the Inspection Committee and Chairman of the Party Committee Inspection Committee; elected the delegation to attend the 9th Provincial Military Party Congress, term 2025-2030, the elected comrades all achieved high votes of confidence.
