Clearly defining requirements and tasks, over the past time, the Party Committee, the Provincial Military Command and Party committees and commanders at all levels have focused on leading and directing the concretization of the content of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle into programs and action plans suitable to the situation and tasks of the agencies and units.

The contents of studying and following Uncle Ho are determined in the regular leadership resolutions of Party committees and Party cells with 100% of cadres and Party members registering to strive to follow; on that basis, political commissars, political officers, commanders, political agencies and mass organizations proactively and effectively implement them, aiming to successfully complete political tasks.

He and the staff of the Repair Station performed minor repairs and repainted BTR-152 vehicles of the Provincial Military Command; artillery of all kinds for island units; and manufactured and converted 33 squad gun cabinets (K21) for units.

In particular, in the Quang Ninh provincial defense area exercise in 2022, Lieutenant Colonel Le Dinh Hau advised on a solution to camouflage the entire exercise command post to ensure good technical and aesthetic aspects. In the 2023 Military Region 3 defense combat exercise, he advised on a technical solution to install all equipment for the exercise command post of the provincial Military Command, contributing to saving the unit more than 120 million VND.

In recent years, the work of building a regular system, managing law enforcement, discipline, and ensuring safety of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command has had positive changes. When participating in the recovery of the Bell-505 helicopter accident in Ha Long Bay and in the prevention, control and recovery of the consequences of Typhoon No. 3 (Yagi), the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command was awarded the Third Class Fatherland Protection Medal. In the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Quang Ninh Provincial Military was commended by the Ministry of National Defense in the "Glory on the Frontline" Program.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Thuyet, Deputy Political Commissar of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, the implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo has contributed to raising awareness and responsibility of cadres, party members and the masses.
