The contest aims to test and evaluate the level and methods of training regulations and physical education of officers; at the same time, test the awareness of the contents of regulations, normative documents on building regular order and discipline management of the Ministry of National Defense , the Coast Guard Command and the Regional Command.

This is also a practical activity to implement the breakthrough content in training work in 2025: "Improving the quality of discipline management; training in regulations and good physical strength". Through the competition, the unit selects officers with outstanding achievements to train and participate in the Coast Guard Command-level Competition.

Organize rotation training method.

Participating in the contest, candidates will undergo a test of general knowledge about organization, training methods, regulations, physical education and sports , and regulations on formal construction and discipline management.

At the same time, candidates compete in individual team command movements (without using guns) and practice teaching some content about team command or physical education.

In his closing speech, Colonel Tran Nguyen Lai, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Coast Guard Region 4 Command, Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest, acknowledged and praised the sense of responsibility and efforts of the participating groups and individuals. He emphasized that the results of the contest were a clear demonstration of the spirit of solidarity, training will, discipline and bravery of the staff.

This is not only an opportunity to test and evaluate the quality of training, but also an opportunity to exchange, learn, and promote the movement of physical training and regular working style, contributing to improving the overall quality and combat readiness of the entire unit.
