General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense , chaired the general training session. Also attending were General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, and many representatives of ministries and branches.

The fourth comprehensive training session was held with the participation of about 16,000 officers and soldiers from the military and police forces and the equipment system.

The training consists of two parts: performing the rituals and ceremonies of the Party and State and marching and marching.

The training session took place with heavy rain at times, however the soldiers still maintained high spirits and completed their tasks well.

Speaking at the training session, General Phan Van Giang hoped that all officers and soldiers would try to overcome the weather conditions to complete their tasks well.

"The troops' clothes will be wet, and their weapons and equipment will have to be preserved. If it rains on National Day, the main day of the parade, like this, we still have to go well. Not because of the weather conditions, not because of wet clothes, not because of faces full of rain, we cannot go well. There is no time for us to do it again," General Phan Van Giang emphasized.
