The 7th Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of Viet Bac Mining Chemical Industry Company

On April 11, in Uong Bi City, the Party Committee of Viet Bac Mining Chemical Industry Company - MICCO held the 7th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress took place in a democratic, united, and serious atmosphere with the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".

With the theme "Continuing to promote the tradition of Discipline and Unity, building a clean and strong Party organization", the Congress comprehensively assessed the results of implementing the Resolution for the 2020-2025 term. During the past term, the Company's Party Committee led the unit to overcome many difficulties, fully completing production and business targets, notably the explosive output reaching 387,716 tons (110.8% of the plan), revenue reaching 7,734 billion VND, profit 86.6 billion VND. The Party Committee has been recognized by the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee for many consecutive years for its excellent performance.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee of Viet Bac Mining Chemical Industry Company for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress discussed and approved the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term with the goal of sustainable development, maintaining the position of a key unit in the production of industrial explosives, meeting domestic and export needs. In the new term, the Party Committee of Viet Bac Mining Chemical Industry Company set a target of producing 410,000 tons of explosives, revenue of VND 8,400 billion, profit of VND 100 billion, average income of VND 16 million/person/month.

At the same time, focus on digital transformation, improve labor productivity, develop high-quality human resources, ensure absolute labor safety and protect the environment. Party building work continues to be strengthened, striving to recruit new party members annually at 2.5% or more compared to the total number of party members.
