(project contractor) to come up with a plan to concentrate all dragon mascots for Tet decoration and some flower decoration miniatures at lot A* (Northwest of the intersection of Vo Van Kiet and Vo Nguyen Giap streets, area of about 2.8 hectares, planned as a land lot for building a financial center) during the time the project has not been implemented according to the plan.
