On behalf of the unit's leadership and commander, Colonel Nguyen Van Thai, Political Commissar of Brigade 972, reported on the results of implementing tasks and democratic regulations in the first 6 months of 2025; proposed a number of contents related to the unit's activities.

In a democratic, frank and constructive atmosphere, officers and soldiers of Brigade 972 expressed many opinions, thoughts, aspirations, problems and difficulties in the process of organizing and implementing tasks, focusing on the regular regime, training, combat readiness, logistics and technical support, standards of benefits and regulations related to the rights and obligations of soldiers...

In his concluding remarks at the meeting, Colonel Nguyen Tuan Anh highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, democracy and openness of the officers and soldiers of Brigade 972 who participated in the dialogue. The opinions were very enthusiastic and accurate, demonstrating the determination to strive to practice seriously and work well. Colonel Nguyen Tuan Anh requested relevant agencies and Brigade 972 to continue to thoroughly grasp and implement directives, resolutions and instructions on implementing democratic regulations at the grassroots level; promptly answer and resolve difficulties of soldiers, build solidarity within the unit, create conditions for soldiers to work with peace of mind and strive to complete assigned tasks well.

The meeting helped the Political Department promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of cadres and soldiers; from there, propose to the Party Committee and the Head of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering to direct the overcoming of limitations; well implement the grassroots democracy regulations, build internal solidarity and unity; promote the role and responsibility of all cadres and soldiers in building a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong agency and unit that is "exemplary and typical".
