After receiving the report, Na Sam Commune Police coordinated with Hoang Van Thu Commune Police to deploy forces to verify and urgently investigate the subjects, thereby bringing 6 subjects to headquarters for investigation and exploitation. By the morning of July 4, the Commune Police force coordinated with PC01 and PC02 ( Lang Son Provincial Police) to investigate and verify to clarify the incident.
Accordingly, 43 young people born between 2008 and 2011 were identified as being involved in the incident. In the afternoon of the same day, the Na Sam Commune Police force summoned 29 subjects to work. The cause of the incident was a conflict and provocation on social networks between a group of young people from communes in Trang Dinh district (old) and a group of young people from communes in Van Lang district (old). The fight left one person injured in the leg due to a knife with a handle (pig-stabbing) and had to go to the hospital for treatment. The temporarily seized exhibits include: 7 motorbikes, 3 knives with handles (pig-stabbing), 1 sword, 1 knife (cat-type knife), 9 phones of various types and other related exhibits.
Currently, Na Sam Commune Police are coordinating with PC01 and PC02 (Lang Son Provincial Police) to continue to track down the subjects and investigate, verify, and consolidate evidence to clarify the act of disturbing public order according to regulations.
