The Tax Department has just issued a decision to implement a plan to measure taxpayer satisfaction with tax agency services, aiming to objectively assess the quality of public administrative service provision.

From there, tax authorities identify strengths and limitations, promptly grasp the requirements, desires, difficulties and problems of taxpayers to develop solutions to perfect policies, improve service quality and service provision of tax authorities, enhance transparency and publicity, create a favorable tax environment and promote voluntary compliance of taxpayers.
From July 2025, the tax authority will survey taxpayers' satisfaction with civil servants and work results, including taxpayers' satisfaction with tax support and management by tax authorities; tax authorities' reception and handling of tax administrative procedures; tax inspection; receiving and handling complaints and denunciations and handling of feedback and recommendations by tax authorities.
The survey was conducted electronically in the "Assessment" section of the Tax Department's administrative procedure settlement information system (address https://dichvucong.gdt.gov.vn).
The Tax Department directs provincial and municipal tax authorities to disseminate and thoroughly implement the plan to measure taxpayer satisfaction to all civil servants.
Tax officials must enhance their sense of responsibility, service attitude, and be ready to receive feedback from taxpayers during the survey process. Tax officials are strictly prohibited from influencing or intervening in the process of taxpayers participating in the satisfaction survey and distorting the results of taxpayers' evaluations.
