The 2023 Red Flower Color Program in Cao Bang province organized the awarding of 150 gifts to outstanding policy families in the province. Of which, 50 gifts will be given directly to Cao Bang Provincial Leaders to give to policy families; 50 gifts will be given directly to 50 outstanding policy families of the City; 50 gifts will be given to Thach An district.
Comrade Lai Xuan Mon presented a symbolic plaque of 50 gifts of gratitude to policy families through the Representative of the Fatherland Front of Cao Bang province.
At the program of giving gifts of gratitude, comrade Lai Xuan Mon, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, kindly visited and encouraged the wounded and sick soldiers and families of policy beneficiaries. He affirmed that our Party and State always pay attention to the regime and policies for wounded and sick soldiers, families of martyrs and those who have contributed to the revolution.
Also at the ceremony, Comrade Lai Xuan Mon also requested all levels and sectors in Cao Bang province to continue to have many practical and meaningful activities to dedicate and care for wounded soldiers, families of martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution. This is both the morality and the duty and responsibility of each Vietnamese person to properly repay the great merit and sacrifice of previous generations for the peaceful , prosperous, free and happy life of the nation today.

The program "Red Flower Color" directed by the Central Propaganda Department, the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper, in coordination with relevant agencies, is a practical activity on the occasion of the annual War Invalids and Martyrs Day, aiming to continue promoting the morality and tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" and "When eating fruit, remember the person who planted the tree" of our nation.
With the activity of giving gifts of gratitude to families with difficult circumstances in Cao Bang province, Cao Bang city, Thach An district, the Organizing Committee of the "Red Flower Color" Program has contributed to the province's common efforts in gratitude and caring for families with meritorious services, thereby demonstrating the traditional beauty of "When drinking water, remember its source", "Mutual love" of our nation, well implementing the Party and State's viewpoints on policies for people with meritorious services.
