Well prepare conditions for successfully organizing the first thematic session of the 19th Provincial People's Council

On the morning of July 24, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province held its 3rd meeting. Comrade Hau Minh Loi, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting. Also attending were comrades: Pham Thi Minh Xuan, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Council Committees, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council.

Overview of the meeting.

At the meeting, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council reported the results of the examination of the draft resolutions of the first thematic session of the 19th Provincial People's Council; the progress of advisory work and service for the session; the draft decision to promulgate a set of criteria for evaluating cadres, civil servants and employees to reorganize the apparatus, streamline the payroll, restructure to improve the quality of cadres, civil servants and employees and resolve policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants and employees of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council.

Comrade Hau Minh Loi, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council also gave opinions on the work of organizing cadres under its authority and gave opinions on the termination of the duties of Provincial People's Council delegates for a number of Provincial People's Council delegates of the 19th term.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Pham Thi Minh Xuan spoke at the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Hau Minh Loi, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, basically agreed with the content of the draft resolutions submitted at the first thematic session of the 19th Provincial People's Council, scheduled to take place tomorrow morning (July 25).

He noted that the first thematic session is of great significance, therefore the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council need to proactively coordinate with relevant departments and branches to receive and supplement opinions to promptly complete the draft resolutions to ensure completeness, strictness and compliance with regulations.
