Speaking at the meeting, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung emphasized that the difficulties, problems and recommendations of Phu Quoc special zone will be compiled and sent to the Provincial People's Committee and all departments and branches of the province to promptly guide and support the locality to remove and handle effectively.
Comrade Ho Van Mung highly appreciated the socio -economic development results of Phu Quoc special zone in the past 6 months, especially affirming the important role of the special zone in the overall development of the province, especially the large proportion of budget revenue, many indicators achieved commendable results. At the same time, he acknowledged and praised the proactive spirit and high responsibility of the Phu Quoc special zone government in the past time.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the two-level local authorities of Phu Quoc special zone to continue to perfect the necessary conditions to operate in accordance with the resolutions and decisions of the higher levels, especially the decrees on decentralization and delegation of authority, ensuring serious implementation in all fields.

ARRANGING 7 PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE POINTS
Reporting to the working delegation, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Quoc Special Zone Tran Minh Khoa said that up to now, Phu Quoc Special Zone has completed the arrangement of the organizational apparatus for stable operation. In total, there are 155 civil servants and 7 labor contracts according to Decree 111/2022/ND-CP, undertaking administrative, economic, cultural, social, defense and security management functions.
The Special Zone Public Administration Service Center is located at the headquarters of the reception and return of results department of the old City People's Committee. The center's hotline has been announced on the media, posted at the center, at the headquarters of the old commune and ward People's Committees, ensuring a smooth communication channel, promptly answering questions about public services and receiving comments from the people.
The special zone has assigned tasks to each civil servant working at the center, closely following the practical situation and suitable to the capacity and strengths of each civil servant to ensure work efficiency.
The list of administrative procedures received at the center has been publicly posted, complete and clear, helping people easily access information and carry out procedures in a transparent and convenient manner. Updated as of July 4, there are 400 administrative procedures.
After 4 days of operation (from July 1 to 4), 2,804 citizens came to transact. On average, more than 700 people came to transact each day. The center received 1,208 new records. The reception of input records and return of results ensured full digitalization, in accordance with regulations.

Chairman of Phu Quoc Special Zone People's Committee Tran Minh Khoa said that the number of people coming to do transactions has almost doubled compared to before, with a large number of documents. In addition, people in communes and wards were previously far from the Public Administration Service Center, so for the convenience of the people, the special zone government has arranged 7 public administration service points in the old communes and wards to conveniently serve the people.
