On April 12, on the occasion of Thailand's traditional Songkran New Year, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue sent a congratulatory letter to Speaker of the Thai House of Representatives/National Assembly Wan Muhamad Noor Matha and President of the Thai Senate Pornpetch Wichitcholchai.

The National Assembly Chairman congratulated Thailand on the important achievements it has gained in recent times, continuing to bring the country to even greater achievements, with an increasingly high role and position in the region and on the international arena.
With the achievements, the National Assembly Chairman believes that the country and people of Thailand will celebrate a happy and peaceful traditional Songkran and achieve more brilliant results in the coming time.
National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue expressed his delight at the positive development of relations between the two countries in all areas in recent times, including relations between the legislative bodies of the two countries.
The National Assembly Chairman wished the enhanced Strategic Partnership between the two countries in general and the cooperation between the two countries' legislatures in particular to further develop, for the benefit of the people of the two countries, for peace, stability and development of the ASEAN Community as well as the Asia- Pacific region and the world.
