Regarding the project implementation status, the investor must make quarterly and annual reports. Quarterly reports must be sent to the Department of Planning and Investment before the 10th of the first month of the following quarter, and annual reports must be sent before March 31 of the following year of the reporting year. The reports must provide information on the scale, project implementation status, construction progress, financial obligations, recommendations that need to be resolved, etc.
For the investment implementation assessment and supervision report, the investor shall make a 6-month report and an annual report. The 6-month report must be completed and submitted before July 10. The annual report must be submitted before February 10 of the following year. The investor must provide information on the progress of investment preparation and project implementation, progress of investment capital contribution, implementation of investment incentives, proposals, recommendations, etc.
Previously, the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province reviewed 1,880 production and business investment projects using land outside industrial parks, identifying 127 projects behind schedule and implementation not ensuring regulations.
